Dr. Lim is a well-accredited Consultant Geologist / Project Consultant with over 47 years of experience in the mining industries, and over 20 years' experience in the plantation sector. He is the Executive Chairman of Tropicrop Management Services Sdn. Bhd., a position he has held since 1992.

Dr. Lim has a Ph.D (W.U. Oxford, UK) in Project Management (Geology), and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Geology (Universiti Malaya). He is a Registered Professional Geologist (PGeol), Malaysia, and a Professional Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) in the U.K.

Dr. Lim was attached to Malaysia Mining Corporation Bhd., a Malaysian public listed company, for over 20 years until 1992. Acting as Head of Exploration and also as Project Manager, he has successfully completed more than 60,000 meters of diamond core drilling, and has undertaken evaluation of one large complex poly-sulphide base-precious metals skarn deposit.

Under Tropicrop, Dr. Lim has continuously provided consultancy to the Heidelberg-Hanson Cement Group, the largest quarry aggregates producer worldwide, listed in the U.K. Since 2004, Dr. Lim has continually produced Annual Public Reports to certify the rock reserve of the group's 20-odd quarries in Malaysia for submission to the London Stock Exchange.

William Law brings over two decades of extensive experience in project management and financing to our team. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, he has a remarkable track record that includes successfully listing Anchor Resources Limited on the Singapore Exchange in 2016.

Under his leadership, William has achieved substantial funding for ventures, demonstrating expertise in IPO placements, financing, and strategic partnerships. His focus on South East Asia Markets has consistently driven success.

Dr. Tommy Chan Wai Keong, 53 years old.

He has extensive hands-on experience in farming and plantation operations, including site management, workforce coordination, and day-to-day operational delivery. His plantation background includes oil palm operations and agricultural support work.

He also has solid experience in mining and construction projects, covering project planning, field execution, logistics coordination, and safety management. This includes leading multi-site teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to required standards.

With a practical, results-focused approach, he supports operational readiness, project execution, and continuous improvement across mining, construction, and plantation activities.

Ms Pooi Wai Ching oversees the company's financial administration, accounting functions, and internal financial controls. She supports management in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
